2. Products
All watches sold through TickToon are vintage or pre-owned unless clearly stated otherwise. Due to the age and nature of vintage watches, signs of wear, ageing, patina, servicing, or restoration may be present. We make every effort to describe each item accurately and provide clear images to reflect its condition.
3. Order Process
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that all billing, shipping, and contact details are correct at the time of purchase. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Prices, descriptions, and availability may be changed at any time without prior notice.
5. Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier performance. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
6. Customs and Import Duties
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or related fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Returns and Cancellations
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible watches.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be returned in the same condition as received
- the watch must not be damaged, altered, opened, or misused
- the item must be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories or documents where applicable
- you must contact us before returning the item
Orders may not be cancelled once the item has been dispatched.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your watch arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the matter and work toward a fair resolution where appropriate.
9. International Returns and Customs Duties
For international returns, import duties, VAT, and customs charges paid upon delivery are not refundable by us. However, in some countries, you may be able to reclaim these charges through your local customs authority after the item has been returned.
Upon request, we can provide supporting documents such as:
- a credit note or refund confirmation
- proof of refund
- relevant shipping documents where available
Returned parcels should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to help avoid unnecessary charges.
10. Authenticity and Condition
Unless stated otherwise, we aim to offer watches with authentic original components. However, due to the nature of vintage timepieces, certain parts such as crystals, seals, crowns, or internal service components may have been professionally replaced, restored, or serviced over time.
Vintage watches are sold with the understanding that age-related wear and historical servicing are normal aspects of ownership.
11. Brand Affiliation and Trademarks
TickToon, operated under EGGcraft, is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any watch brand or manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.
12. Intellectual Property
All written content, photography, branding, and website materials published by TickToon are the intellectual property of EGGcraft, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, copying, resale, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
13. Warranty
Due to the age and delicate nature of vintage watches, we do not offer a general warranty on all items.
However, any watch purchased for £2,000 or above includes a 1-year limited functional warranty covering mechanical defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- water damage
- accidental damage
- misuse or neglect
- normal ageing or cosmetic wear
- damage caused by improper handling, impact, or third-party repairs
Customers are advised to handle vintage watches with care, keep them away from moisture, shocks, and extreme temperatures, and service them periodically where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGGcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use products sold through TickToon.
15. Force Majeure
EGGcraft Limited shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruption, strikes, pandemics, acts of government, or customs delays.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
