At TickToon, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Below you’ll find our return, refund, and warranty policy for vintage watches.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery for all vintage watches.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received
  • The watch must not be damaged, altered, or misused
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories or documents
  • You must contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your watch arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos along with a description of the issue.

We will review the matter carefully and work toward a fair resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a refund, repair, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side.

International Returns & Customs Duties

If you are located outside the UK and wish to return an item after delivery, please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, and any customs charges paid upon delivery are not refunded by us
  • In many countries, you may be able to claim these charges back from your local customs or tax authority once the item has been returned

To assist with this process, we can provide supporting documents upon request, including:

  • A credit note or refund confirmation
  • Proof of refund
  • Relevant shipping documents, where available

Please check with your local customs office for the exact procedure and eligibility requirements.

When returning an item internationally, please ensure that:

  • The parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods”
  • A low or zero customs value is declared where appropriate
  • A tracked and insured shipping service is used

We are not responsible for any customs refund decisions made by local authorities, but we are happy to provide the documents needed to support your claim.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  • Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for high-value items
  • We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit without tracking

Authenticity & Condition

All watches sold by TickToon are vintage pieces and may show signs of age, wear, or previous use consistent with their history.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Original components such as the case, dial, movement, bracelet, and hands are authentic
  • Some internal parts, such as gears, seals, or crystals, may have been professionally restored, serviced, or replaced over time

We aim to describe each watch as accurately as possible and provide clear photographs to reflect its condition.

Warranty Policy

Due to the nature of vintage watches, we do not offer a general warranty on all items.

However, any watch purchased for £2,000 or above includes a 1-year warranty covering functional defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Damage caused by improper handling or third-party repairs
  • Normal wear and ageing
