How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If we need any additional details, we will contact you by email.

Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise, our watches are sold as authentic vintage timepieces. Please note that, as with many vintage watches, certain parts such as crystals, seals, crowns, or internal service components may have been professionally replaced over time.

What condition should I expect from a vintage watch?
Vintage watches are pre-owned and may show signs of age, wear, patina, or past servicing. We aim to describe each piece as accurately as possible and provide clear images so you can assess the condition before purchasing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and international orders are shipped free of charge via DHL Express.

How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within 1 working day after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance, but DHL Express is generally fast and reliable.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, import duties, VAT, taxes, and any related customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow the shipment.

What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible watches. To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received and must not be damaged, altered, or misused. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for any return.

What should I do if my watch arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs along with a description of the issue. We will review the matter carefully and work toward a fair resolution.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in reviewing the shipment status and, where appropriate, help open a claim with the courier.

Do you offer a warranty?
Due to the age and nature of vintage watches, we do not offer a general warranty on all items. However, any watch purchased for £2,000 or above includes a 1-year limited functional warranty covering mechanical defects under normal use. This does not cover water damage, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or third-party repairs.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

What should I do if my payment is declined?
Please first check that your payment details are correct and that your card provider has not blocked the transaction. If the issue continues, you may wish to try another payment method or contact your bank. You can also contact us if you need assistance.

Is TickToon affiliated with any watch brand?
No. TickToon is operated under EGGcraft and is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any watch brand or manufacturer.
